At Rumikaya, we carefully check every order before dispatch. However, in the rare case of an issue, please read our policy below.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns and issue refunds only if the product received is damaged or incorrect.
To be eligible:

A clear unboxing video is mandatory

The video must show the package being opened from start to finish

Requests without an unboxing video will not be accepted
Refunds are processed only after verification of the issue.
Return Request Window

Return or refund requests must be raised within 5 days of delivery

Requests after this period will not be considered
Refund Method

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method only
Return Shipping

In case of an approved return (damaged or wrong product), Rumikaya will bear the return shipping cost
Non-Returnable Items

Sale or discounted products are non-returnable and non-refundable
Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before shipment

Once an order is shipped, cancellations are not allowed
